Mark Gagner is a managing partner at Bay Housing Investments LLC. Mark has been a passionate real estate investor for nearly a decade, originally starting with single family homes and then turning his attention to multifamily assets for the past 7 years. He has acquired, rehabbed and managed properties in CA, GA and PA, however today his focus is on the Bay Area market with partner Bobak Tamaddon. Mark maximizes the value of apartment buildings by using his rehab expertise to manage the construction of additions and interior/exterior upgrades. A well executed value add approach to local apartment projects has earned him an enviable track record of doubling asset values over 24 month horizons. Mark also owns a tech business in Silicon Valley, where he lives with his 15 year old son.

Bobak Tamaddon is a managing partner at Bay Housing Investments LLC. Bobak has invested in and managed various multifamily assets for the past decade and brings his experience in public and private markets to alternative assets and particularly multi-family apartment properties. Bobak has acquired, managed, and repositioned multifamily assets easily beating industry return averages within a two year period. In the last 5 years he has partnered with Mark Gagner to acquire further assets and build a scalable and stable portfolio of investments in the Bay Area. Bobak is a PhD Candidate in International Political Economy at UC Berkeley and lives with his family in the San Francisco Bay Area.
